Did you notice that I've just used the words mate and pal? Aaahhhh, aussie style.I'm such a big fan of the hottest cooking game show in the planet, the MasterChef. Originally by the British. Another version by the Australian called the MasterChef Australia. And there is also the Junior MasterChef Australia. How cute is that? Those kids cook like adults! Even I can't cook like that. How amazing is that!
Inspired by the show, I made a Homemade Spaghetti Meatballs yesterday. With mama's help of coz. This is one of the things that I specifically know how to cook.

The weirdest part is that, I didn't have the guts to make the pasta all by myself even though I totally, completely and absolutely know how to prepare it. FYI, we have made this dish for a zillion times. Maybe I'm afraid that I might screw it up. Plus, it is one of my family's favourite dishes of all time. So, there's no room for mistakes here honey.
- Spaghetti
- Onions
- Mushrooms
- Spaghetti Sauce
- Meatballs
- Basil leaves
- Salt
- Water
- Minced beef
The ingredients are quite simple isn't it?
One of things that make cooking so wonderful is the smell of the golden brown onions in the air. When you start to put in the onions into the pot, the smell is just so magnificent. In fact, I think it is the greatest feeling in the world. Honestly, I do.
Making the pasta wasn't that hard actually. I even ate 3 whole plate of the spaghetti. Haha. Yumm! I did say this is one of my family's favourite food aite? So stop being so surprise dude!
